



Matthew A. Stratton's practice emphasizes intellectual property litigation and transactions. He also has experience in internet domain name disputes, contract drafting, and e-commerce law.
Mr. Stratton graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2007. At Hastings, he was the Executive Managing Editor of the Hastings Business Law Journal and a Board Member of the Hastings Negotiation Team. Mr. Stratton also served as a volunteer mediator for the San Francisco Superior Court, Small Claims Division. Outside of class, Mr. Stratton was a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California and the Office of the California Attorney General. He received Witkin and CALI awards at Hastings in Contract Writing & Analysis.
Mr. Stratton received his undergraduate degree in government from Harvard University in 2000.
