Raffi V. Zerounian, Associate

Raffi V. Zerounian's practice emphasizes intellectual property litigation and commercial litigation. His practice also emphasizes trademark and copyright prosecution and counseling, transactional matters, and internet domain name disputes. Mr. Zerounian has a broad range of experience in litigation, including antitrust and patent litigation.

Mr. Zerounian received his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 2003. At Boalt Hall, he was an Articles Editor and Annual Review Editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. Mr. Zerounian also served as co-president of his third year class. He was an advisor to the Law & Technology Writing Seminar. He additionally was on the Moot Court Board as a Moot Court Advisor and co-chair of Boalt Hall's McBaine Moot Court Competition. He is the author of Note, Bonneville International v. Peter, 17 Berkeley Tech. L.J. 47 (2002) and the co-author of the Foreword of the Annual Review of Law and Technology, 18 Berkeley Tech. L.J. 1 (2003). Mr. Zerounian earned the Boalt Hall Certificate in Law and Technology and is a fellow of the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology. While at Boalt Hall, Mr. Zerounian served as an extern to The Honorable Andrew J. Wistrich, Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He also was a summer honors law clerk for the antitrust division of the California Department of Justice.

Mr. Zerounian graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1999 with high honors and distinction in major, with degrees in business/economics and political science.

Prior to joining Harvey Siskind LLP, Mr. Zerounian was an associate at Townsend & Townsend & Crew LLP. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Zerounian served as a law clerk to The Honorable Ernest M. Robles, U.S Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California.
