Founding partner Lawrence Siskind is cited in this month’s California Lawyer magazine in “Testing Civil Gideon,” an article considering a San Francisco ordinance authorizing a one-year Right to Civil Counsel pilot program.
These comments follow Mr. Siskind’s Viewpoint article, “Why Civil Gideon Won’t Work,” published in The Recorder last year.
